MAISA Audit RFP for FY25, FY26, and FY27

MAISA is soliciting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms, who specialize in Non Profit Organizations, to audit the financial statements and prepare and file Form 990 for years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027.  A Federal Single Audit will be required for the year ending June 30, 2025.  It is uncertain at this time if a Single Audit will be required for years ending June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2027.  A consideration will be made at the end of the audit engagement period to determine if an extension is in the best interest of MAISA.

You will find the RFP here.
