Position Summary: MAISA is seeking a highly skilled, instructionally minded MiRead Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will bridge literacy instruction with educational technology, serving as the primary statewide coordinator for the implementation, instructional adoption, and user support of the MiRead platform. This role works closely with literacy coaches, ISD leaders, and educators to leverage MiRead and integrated resources (such as the MiStrategyBank) to design effective Individualized Reading Improvement Plans and drive data-informed literacy outcomes, while ensuring robust technical functionality and data quality across systems.

Position Overview: MAISA is seeking a MiStrategyBank Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations, strategy curation, and user support for the MiStrategyBank platform, with an initial focus on 35p High Impact Tutoring.Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Collaboration, this role works with ISDs, LEAs, MDE, and partner networks to curate evidence-based strategies, support data system integration, and assist educators with continuous improvement efforts.
